How to Navigate Course?

On the left side is a dialogue box of all the options available to you in our canvas course! Here is a breakdown of what we will be using!

Home - This is where you are currently located! The home button is where you will automatically be taken to every time you log into our course. Located on the "Home" page is the daily announcement, more info on this below! Think of this "Home" button as the front door! No need to knock! Come on in and stay a while!

Announcements - Every day there will be an announcement made and shared before 8 a.m. This announcement will contain the daily agenda of lessons to complete. The "Home" page will display the daily announcement! To view past announcements you click on this tab!

Syllabus - The "Syllabus" tab contains all the course details, along with a grading rubric, as well as contact information.

Modules - Pretend that "module" should say "unit". I use the module tab for our units that we will cover! If we were to use the metaphor of canvas as a textbook as a whole, the modules would be the chapters of the textbook! The modules tab is where you will need to go to complete lessons and any assignments that go along with each lesson!

Grades - Grades for each assignment can be found in this tab. You can also use this tab to quickly locate an assignment that I have provided feedback for! However, please refer to the grading rubric in the syllabus to get a better understanding of how we will use the "number grades" in canvas.
